Broadway Financial Group — Retirement Income Review

Effective date: November 5, 2026

Broadway Financial Group (“Broadway Financial Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our Retirement Income Review website, assessment, calculators, report request form, and appointment booking tools (together, the “Service”).

Broadway Financial Group offers insurance products only, including fixed and fixed indexed annuities. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or FINRA-registered firm, and we do not offer securities or investment advice.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide through the Service, and limited technical information that helps the site work.

Contact and consent information

When you request your Retirement Income Report or book a Retirement Income Review call, you may provide:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional unless you opt in to calls or texts)
  • Your email consent choice (required to receive the report by email)
  • Your optional SMS/call consent choice
  • A record of the consent text version you saw

Assessment and calculator answers

If you complete the Retirement Income Review assessment and ask us to send your report, we receive the answers and results needed to prepare that report and respond to you. Depending on what you enter, this may include items such as:

  • Age and retirement timeline (for example, already retired or planning to retire)
  • (Browser-only, not sent with your report request:) optional sex, household, and spouse-or-partner age/sex answers used only for on-page longevity illustrations
  • Types of retirement assets you indicate you hold
  • Savings ranges or amounts you enter for educational calculations
  • Sources of dependable income you enter (for example, Social Security or pension amounts)
  • Desired monthly income, debt-related answers, emergency savings answers, and market-exposure answers
  • Retirement concerns, expense concerns, interest in dependable income, and whether you have a written income plan
  • Score and category results generated from your answers, plus related figures such as your income gap, initial withdrawal rate, and emergency-savings months (interactive calculator scenarios you explore on the page are not stored)
  • Whether you viewed booking or scheduled a call, and related scheduling details

Assessment answers are processed in your browser while you explore the page. When you request your report, we receive the contact details, consent choices, assessment answers, and score results listed above (not the optional sex/household/partner longevity fields, which stay in your browser). Limited contact details may be used when you open booking so we can deliver the report, follow up as you have agreed, and schedule your call. We do not place your assessment answers in web addresses for advertising tools.

Appointment information

If you book a Retirement Income Review call, we collect the appointment details you select (such as date and time) and the contact information used to confirm the meeting.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting and CRM platforms may automatically receive basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate time of visit. See also the planned tracking section below.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Generate and email your Retirement Income Report when you ask for it
  • Respond to your questions and requests
  • Schedule, confirm, remind you about, and follow up on Retirement Income Review calls
  • Send educational emails you have agreed to receive
  • Send texts or place calls only when you have given the optional consent
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Service
  • Meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to an insurance agency
  • Measure and improve our advertising and site performance if and when the planned tracking tools described below are enabled

3. Service providers (CRM and calendar)

We use trusted companies to help us run the Service. They process information on our behalf under our instructions:

  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — our customer relationship management (CRM), website/funnel hosting, forms, workflows, email, and (when used) messaging platform. Contact details, assessment results you submit, consent records, tags, and appointment-related data are stored and processed there.
  • Google Calendar — used to sync and manage appointment times for Retirement Income Review calls so we can avoid conflicts and send calendar details.

These providers may only use your information to provide services to us, subject to their own security and privacy practices and our agreements with them.

4. Planned advertising and analytics tools

Clearly marked: planned / may be enabled

We may enable the following tools to understand how people find and use the Service and to measure advertising. They may not all be active yet. When enabled, they can collect device and usage data (and, where permitted, limited hashed or matched identifiers) according to each provider’s terms:

  • Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms) — to measure site events and ad results on Meta properties
  • Google tag and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — to measure traffic and site performance
  • Related cookies and similar technologies used by those tools (see Cookies below)

We design the assessment so financial answers are not written into URLs for advertising tools. Advertising and analytics tools, when enabled, are intended for page-view and conversion measurement (for example, that someone requested a report or booked a call), not for sending your full questionnaire answers to ad platforms.

You can often limit advertising cookies through your browser settings and, where available, industry opt-out tools. Meta and Google also provide their own ad-preference and opt-out controls.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and our providers may use cookies or similar technologies to:

  • Keep the site working (essential/operational cookies)
  • Remember preferences where applicable
  • Measure traffic and advertising performance when analytics or ad tags are enabled

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Service work (for example, embedded booking tools).

6. Email communications and opt-out

If you agree to receive your report and related emails, we may send your report, educational content, and invitations to schedule a Retirement Income Review call.

You can stop marketing or educational emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Transactional messages needed to deliver something you requested (for example, your report or an appointment confirmation) may still be sent when appropriate. You may also contact us using the details below to update your email preferences.

7. Text messages (SMS) and calls

We send text messages and place calls only if you give optional consent and provide a phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of texts, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. You may also contact us using the details below. After you opt out, we will not send further marketing or educational texts to that number, though we may still contact you by other means you have agreed to, or as needed for an existing appointment when permitted.

8. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service (including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and Google Calendar), under appropriate agreements
  • Advertising and analytics providers if and when the planned tools in section 4 are enabled, for measurement and ad delivery as described there
  • Professional advisers (for example, compliance, legal, or accounting) when needed
  • Insurance carriers or other parties when required to process an application or service a product you request, or when the law requires it
  • Authorities when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing without your direction or another lawful basis.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Service, maintain business and regulatory records typical for an insurance agency, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods can vary by record type and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete it or de-identify it, subject to backup and archival systems.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. For example, residents of California and some other U.S. states may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we maintain about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Request information about the categories of personal information we collect and the categories of parties we share it with
  • Opt out of certain sharing that applicable law treats as a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell personal information; if planned ad tools are enabled, you may still use the opt-out methods those platforms and your browser provide)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights

To make a request, email us at [email protected] or call us at (423) 240-6639. We will verify your request as required by law before fulfilling it. You may also authorize an agent to submit a request where the law allows.

This section is a general summary and is not a complete statement of every state law. Additional rights may apply in your state.

11. Children

The Service is intended for adults interested in retirement income planning. It is not directed to children under 16 (or under 13 where that is the applicable standard). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. If changes are material, we will take additional steps when required by law.
